Design Process

Qualitative research & analysis

A deep look into the problem. What are users saying? I through User Interviews/Observations/Focus groups to collect user feedback with my team members (PM and SA).

Here is a summary of findings:
- Hope to reduce the administrative burden.
- Hope to be able to create a new sub-website by cloning.
- Wish it was easy to manage platform features.

Final design

After usability testing, we improved the design based on their feedback. And according to their choice of UI design style used in the final design.
