Qualitative research & analysis
A deep look into the problem. What are users saying?
We have studied the experience of the order and management process, and collected user feedback, and iterate through User Interviews/Observations/Focus groups.
Here is a summary of findings:
- The search bar and home page banner are confusing — the search looked like a button and the banner felt still.
- Icons were not clearly understood — Navigation bar and Activities page.
- Order the new contact lens is most frequently used however it is a complex process to complete.
- Users wanted to process multiple bookings but the tech wasn’t available.
