Overview

Advantech's SignageCMS, a product I assisted in redesigning the UX for, focused on optimizing the program and schedule management functions in its initial phase. Through interviews with focus groups and stakeholders, we identified and addressed pain points in the product. In addition to serving as the lead UX designer, I was responsible for defining the scope of the product design and assigning tasks to other designers. I also acted as the project manager, leading bi-weekly online meetings with the Advantech team to drive development progress and discuss product strategy.
